Payment will be made via Paypal. Fumi will send the instruction after receiving the order through e-mail.
UK – Free delivery
All UK deliveries are sent by either Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class depending on the value and weight of items.
The item will be posted within 3 business days after payment has been made, and the notification will be sent through e-mail after despatch.
International - Start from £7.50
Items are sent by International tracked & signed for service. Insured for up to £250. Items are received 5-10 days after dispatch.
Any import duties, sales taxes or other import costs are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.
Any additional items may have additional shipping charges. I will send the estemination.
Returns & Exchange
⦁ Once the goods have passed to Royal Mail, Fumi cannot be responsible for delays in delivery or damages.
⦁ International Delivery is the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination.
⦁ Larger pieces may be excluded. Please contact me for more details and individual postage.
I hope that you love your new Jewellery. However if you are unhappy with a purchase, you have 14 days to return unworn items in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for safe return of jewellery. Fumi recommends you send items using a delivery service that insures you to the full value of goods. I cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Your original postage costs will not be refunded. Unfortunately commissioned or personalised items (including rings ordered to size) are non-refundable . All refunds will be made within 30 days of safe return of item.
